Our client sued its former General Counsel in the Orange County Superior Court for misappropriation of trade secrets after the former General Counsel absconded with critical documents relating to our client’s software development project. Shareholder Robert A. Rabbat first obtained an emergency temporary restraining order then secured a preliminary injunction prohibiting the former General Counsel from using or disclosing the trade secrets until trial.
